The space

The Villa is located in Kerobokan Kuta, 10 min drive to Legian, 15 min drive to Kuta.

A Western, open concept kitchen with refrigerator, cooking stove,micro wave oven, and everything you need to prepare simple meals.

Private pool 6 x 2.5 meter .

All en suite rooms are completed with bed linen, towels, soap, bathroom and Air conditioned. All bathrooms have hot and cold shower.

Free airport pickup for guests staying 1 week + ( one trip from airport max 5 people )
Free Wi Fi internet
Free pool towels
Free drinking water
Free daily cleaning service and pool maintenance ( 3 x week)

We provide laundry service

We can arrange airport pick-up .
We can arrange Whitewater rafting , Sunset dinner cruise.
The area is quite and you will be surrounded by friendly neighbors. There are restaurants nearby local and international. If you wish to find shopping places the nearest will be Petitenget, Seminyak, or Kuta. The nearest beach is Peti Tenget beach.

Taxis are easy to find in the neighborhood.

The house/ villa has a rice field view which you can enjoy from your bedroom balcony upstairs.

We are the owners of the house , me and my family live in the house next door so If you have any questions about Bali we would be more than glad to help. We have been living in Bali for 12 years now but we often came to Bali for holidays before we stayed here.

We recently stayed at this property, and it was absolutely excellent! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the owners were so lovely and accommodating. If I could give this place an 11/10, I would!Our group consisted of two families, and the layout was perfect—each room had its own ensuite, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location was also incredibly convenient, with corner stores just a short walk away, and it was easy for cars to pick us up.The owners even recommended a driver who took great care of us throughout our trip, which was such a thoughtful touch. I genuinely can’t recommend this place enough. It’s an absolute gem, and we’ll definitely be back!

They set us up with a private drivery the first day which we needed up keeping the while week while we were there. Villa is a little hard to explain even with address so make sure you are prepared before you leave the house with a taxi. Thank you so much Liz for your hospitality!

She kept everything nice and clean and for any questions you just walk to the house nextdoor and they will fix it if they can. The rooms were very nice as wel each one of us had our own room with a toilet and shower and a lot of closet space. The house is a bit remote from legian and the other places but we rented some motorbikes from them for a nice price as well and with those bikes you can get wherever you wanted to go in no time. Overall a very nice place to stay and i would really recomend people to see the place for themself. If im going back to Bali i would definately contact Johan and Liz just to see if the house is available. Thanks you guys for a pleasant stay. Randolph,Jona, Soraya and Serena.

Cleanliness is perfect,location is quite and deep need transport to travel anyway for shopping. Address is had to explain to taxi drivers outside .Your personal driver is a nice guy. Hope you can fix it!! Bathroom water is very less and keep chocking hope u guys can fix it soon. Kitchen knife scissors is not sharp enuf. DVD player is not working TV channels also not working only few channels.. Thanks for the wonderful n peaceful stay..

Although this place is a little out of the way we had no problems catching taxis or arranging for transportation. I would stay here again without any hesitation.

Better arrange for an airport pickup if you are going there. Our stay was short yet very memorable, especially with lovely Nyoman around who attended our every need regardless of the time. I highly recommend the place especially if you are going in group.

Location with the rice field behind the north wall makes it a place to relax from a busy day exploring beutiful Bali. The presentation is very accurate and shows more or less exacly what you get. WE arrived at night and was blown away by the view of the rice fields the next morning from our balcony. We travelled with my dad and we loved the tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta. we had a wounderful time the owners were great especially with our four year old they kept him entertained. our housekeeper was great as well, they also provided nice meals for us on request, we also found it good that there was a resort near us which we went for meals as well. the owners provided everything we needed for a great stay i recommend this property to anyone who wants to be out of kuta we seen some amazing things around this area. we found everyone very friendly and helpful.
