Recently available for the 2026 season, 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Expansive Great Room, Spacious Kitchen and Dinette area, Heated Pool with Lanai. Boat Dock with quick access to the bay. Everything in this house has been recently updated. New Paint, New Carpets, New Furniture, The Master Bedroom Suite features a walk-in closet and a double sink vanity in the over-sized private bathroom. The Great Room has 12-foot ceilings and sliding glass doors offering a stunning view of the solar heated pool and canal beyond. Up to date amenities include an HP color printer, Wi-Fi, cable TV, 70-inch HDTV in the great room along with a large TV in the master bedroom and poolside on the lanai. The large 9-foot formal dining table comfortably seats 6. Could not have been better. Great facilities, great detail so we had everything we needed. Close to shopping and many great restaurants. Perfect in every way. Thanks for letting us stay there.

Our visit to Punta Gorda was made wonderful by choosing this property as our home-away-from-home for a month. The owner was extremely accommodating to all of our needs. The house was well stocked with every product you would have in your own home, making it comfortable and convenient. We loved waking up each morning to the beautiful view of the canal and relaxing in the pool. We took many walks along the harbor and to Fisherman's Village for drinks, dinner, and shopping. We also enjoyed the beautiful views at nearby Gilchrist Park while playing pickleball and tennis. We saw some stunning sunsets at Ponce de Leon Park only a few miles away as well. We are already looking forward to a return visit next year!

The owners were very helpful and kept in touch with us during our stay. We loved the location and the home was beautiful and recently updated. We did not want to leave as we had such a relaxing time!
