About this house rental
Very Nice executive rental in south Springfield location. 1 mile walking trail to Cox South Hospital. Walmart and Sam's Club less than 1 mile walk away. This listing is for 1 Bedroom in a 3 bedroom house(not the entire house). I am only planning to rent 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom will have its own bathroom. 1 guest per bedroom. I am targeting traveling workers looking to stay at least 8 weeks(56 nights). I am looking for very quiet guests as not to disturb the other person living in the house. At the current time, I don't have anyone living in the house so there might not be anyone else occupying the house but yourself. There is a 2 car garage so each guest will have a space. The photos are not current, I was previously renting the entire house on a yearly lease. I am trying something new with targeting traveling workers. There is a couch and chair in the living room and a queen sized bed and TV in each bedroom. As soon as I get a booking I will order WiFi internet. It might take awhile to get it installed so it may or may not be available at the time of check in. As mentioned previously, I am looking for quiet people so as not to disturb the other guest in the house.
