Hogarista Homestay

Overheerlijk eten! Mooie rondrit op brommer rond het eiland.

The homestay is in a great position by the sea. In fact, it's the most beautiful house on the shore. The family that owns the place is super nice and helpful. Even if almost nobody speeks English, they try to understand and fulfill all your requests by using google translate. We recommend to arrange with them the meals because it is the best way to try local food. We had great lunches and dinners, but i mean really delicious. You can also arrange with them the transfer by boat to Hoga island that is in front of Hogarista, the ride takes about 30 min. Just ask them to prepare you the lunch box and you will be taken on Hoga in the morning and picked up in the afternoon. They also can arrange for your the rent of a motorbike to explore the island.

On the island the water system is still to be set up so no current water but water in big tanks. But this is an acceptable condition if you want to visit pristine places where tourism is still under development.
