Everything is very clean and the property is spacious and comfortable. Easily fits 7, we booked for 5 people and felt there was plenty of space.

The apartment is a bit aged - you do notice scratches on the floor and furniture here and there - this didn't bother us, but might others. The beds are all single - even the ones that are side by side have a fold in between which makes cuddling up if you are there with your partner not easy. The place is also a bit hard to reach - even though it is very close to Kassel, because of the intersecting highway, it takes quite a bit of navigating around to get there.
