About this house rental
The Wild Atlantic Way features wonderful untouched nature ready to explore. Branchfield House is a unique family home set in rural countryside surrounded by grazing fields. The self-catering kitchen is a cook's delight so bring your favourite ingredients. Pick your own seasonal organic herbs, vegetables and fruit from the host's garden. The beds are sumptuous with goose down duvets. The cast iron bath is huge and the power shower a pleasure. Many cosy nooks and corners to enjoy. Nearby are trout fishing, mussel picking, horse riding and adventure walks. Your hosts live in a cottage across the courtyard garden that's full of seasonal vegetables and free range chickens. Enquire about our in-house Massage, Aromatherapy and Seaweed Baths. A great Country Retreat to chill, relax and revitalise in peace and quiet.

Wonderful property away from the crowds and quiet, except for the rooster. Robert our host was gracious and helpful. Our second night we invited him to dinner and he helped us grill 5 whole sea bass on the fire pit. Wonderful. The house had everything we needed and a great kitchen. It even had sharp knives, unknown for rentals. He is an awesome gardener. I would highly recommend.

The house was ver cosy and had everything necessary for a very enjoyable holiday. The hosts who live opposite are lovely people and are ver helpful.

Robert and Carmen were excellent hosts and we absolutely loved Branchfield House which felt like a home away from home. Very comfy indeed, a lovely and warm burner and everything we needed for a stay - can’t get better than a properly stocked kitchen! Great location for getting out and about too, whilst being nice and remote. Perfect for our NY getaway.
