Denize sıfır konumu çok güzeldi. Odalar temizdi ve tesis genel olarak düzenliydi. 3 yıldızlı bir otel olarak fiyat-performans açısından beklentimizi büyük ölçüde karşıladı.
Resepsiyonda görev yapan Maria’nın iletişim tarzını beğenmedik. Misafirlere karşı oldukça sert ve mesafeli bir tavrı vardı. Özellikle çocuklu ailelere karşı daha sabırlı ve güler yüzlü bir yaklaşım sergilenmesi gerektiğini düşünüyoruz. Bu durum, otelden genel olarak memnun kalmamıza rağmen konaklama deneyimimizi olumsuz etkiledi.
