Private 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom apartment that is located on the lower level of our beautiful home in Lake Junaluska that is surrounded by nature & trees w/ private parking spots! Mitsubishi Splits make it simple adjust your own heat/cool to your desired temperature!! You have you own private deck with seating & swing to enjoy while relaxing in the evening or anytime of the day perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon/evening glass of wine! Cook up some food on the grill. We welcome you to slip away to an inviting hot-tub (fits 5 people) during your stay in your home away from home. You have a private entrance that opens to a cozy 1,100 sq ft open floor plan with comfortable furniture, cozy carpet. A great room l(family room/kitchen that looks out onto your private lower deck and you can take a leisurely walk around beautiful Lake Junaluska which is only about a ½ mile. You are also very close to the Auditorium, Bookstore, Tennis, Golf and Pool! Enjoy relaxing on the comfortable furniture to make you feel right at home from the minute you enter! Including a queen sleeper sofa w/matching love seat, flat screen TV w/ cable, wireless FAST WI-FI and plenty of lighting to read the many books in the library or play board games (for all ages). In the WELL STOCKED KITCHEN that features a full-size refrigerator, range, oven, blender, coffee maker, airfryer/microwave, toaster, and anything you can almost think of, dining table that seats four (extra chairs available for a guest or two).. Everything you will need to cook a big or small meal including spices or not cook and enjoy the many local restaurants that Waynesville/Maggie Valley has to offer! All guests will definitely enjoy bedtime in one of the relaxing bedrooms (one queen and the other with a full size bed). Traveling with another couple/family will be easy as you will not be giving up your privacy! All complete with brand new linens, blankets and comforters! Full sized bathroom that has a shower/tub if the kids (or you) want to take bath! You will feel very refreshed with plush new towels and paper goods available to you when you arrive. If you would like to do some laundry before your leave or during your stay, then you are welcome to use the full sized washer/dryer in laundry closet which is stocked with laundry essentials for your convenience. Maximum occupancy 5 and please NO SMOKING-VAPING OR PETS!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner wanted to know what was bringing us to the area. We told her hiking and riding the motorcycle. We arrived to find the property nice and clean and noticed trail mix and bread was put on the table by the owner for energy and snacks while hiking. The owners are great will definitely stay again if available.

This was our first time using VRBO for a long stay somewhere. The hosts Stacey and Randy were fantastic. The place was very clean. They provided assistance on places to go and where to eat. We were there for a Bible Conference at the lake and the location was perfect. We will be staying there again….Highly recommend….
