The unit is No-Frills, but the location is 5 stars! This cozy studio is located in a waterfront property in the center of historic Provincetown. It has a double bed, full size refrigerator and a fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans. Outside your door is the main deck on the bay with tables and lounge chairs for your use. Enjoy swimming in the beautiful bay and visiting our unique shops and restaurants only steps away. Breakfast/Sandwich/Coffee shops on premises! Very close to Boston Ferry and bus depot. Unit has free wi-fi, and library across the street has computers and printers. No Car Needed!! You'll love it! Sorry, Assn does not allow pets. Parking is not provided, but several lots are nearby. Centrally located and a nice overall little place. The deck on the beach was amazing during the day and also at night.

The location: great. Fifteen steps to the beach! The unit: shabby (and tiny!). Screen door kept coming off track, mattress was lumpy, chair upholstery flaking, shower ancient. However, everything in the kitchen, and the TV, worked.
