San Joan is a charming 17th-century Catalan farmhouse that was restored in 2004 while preserving its original stone and wood structure. Its interior, designed in a modern and functional style, offers all the comforts for a cozy and family-friendly stay. Located in a privileged setting near Solsona, this rural house is the perfect place to unwind, enjoy barbecues, relax in its saltwater pool, stroll through the pine forest, or engage in outdoor activities.
The farmhouse features five double rooms, ideal for a getaway as a couple, with family, or with friends, in a peaceful environment surrounded by nature. Inside, you'll find a spacious kitchen-dining area, a living room, five double bedrooms, and two fully equipped bathrooms.
Among the house's amenities are high-speed fiber internet, heating, air conditioning in all rooms including the bedrooms, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a fireplace, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a microwave, a stove, a television... in short, we want to make sure nothing is missing during your stay.
Outside, you can enjoy a large open space with a covered barbecue area next to the house, a private pool for sunny days, a basketball hoop, and a game room equipped with a ping-pong table and foosball.

Recomiendo 100 x 100 esta casa apartada del pueblo donde puedes pasarte lo bien sin ningún problema de la importancia del ruido que hagas, disfrutar de un chapuzón en la piscina con una buena barbacoa mientras juegas al pin pon o futbolín, escuchar el ruido de la naturaleza y relajarte en el rico césped mientras ves oasar las nubes. Un lugar que te hará salir con ganas de volver

Old farmhouse renovated in 2004

We stayed at this house for the first week of our holidays. The property is very private, with lots of space - perfect for a family with lots of large teenagers! They loved the beautiful pool, and we had lots of fun playing water polo with the football goals at either end. Great view of the mountains from the pool too. The games room with ping pong and table football was also very well used, and we also took the mountain bikes out one evening for a ride down to a nearby lake. The house was well equipped, clean - and also nice and cool. We enjoyed eating outside by the barbeque. It wasnt far to drive to Solsona - much bigger place than Id thought from the map, with a beautiful church and lots of old streets inside the town wall, and also plenty of supermarkets. The mountains were not too far away and we did some amazing walks up on the Serres des Busa and up near the Port del Comte. All in all, a fantastic place for a holiday!
