Crescent Lakes Villa is nestled in the popular Crescent Lakes community, in Kissimmee, Florida and is perfectly placed for the shops, restaurants, fun and attractions that Orlando has to offer. This villa is huge, with lots of space inside and out! With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned, family friendly vacation home is perfect for extended families, friends traveling together or for those that just need a little extra room, sleeping up to 6 people (even more if there are babies!). This home has a comfortable family room to relax in during the day or evening with flat screen cable TV and it is open to the kitchen and the dining nook. There is also a formal living room and dining room. The villa is equipped with WiFi and there is a flat screen TV in every bedroom.
Step out from the family room under the shaded lanai, and sit and eat al-fresco, while enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. Step on to the huge sun-baked screen enclosed pool deck from the master bedroom, and dip in to the cooling and sparkling waters of your own private pool (with optional pool heating)!
The kitchen has been equipped with everything that you could need to provide a family feast to enjoy together either at the dining area off the main family room, at the dining nook in the family room or out by the pool. The master suite has a queen bed, a tv and a full en suite bath. The other 2 bedrooms have queen beds and tvs as well.
C resent Lakes is a beautiful community off highway 192 and Poinciana blvd. approximately 15 miles from Disney. There is a grocery store and many tasty restaurants within 10 minutes. Crescent Lakes is a quiet, peaceful community with a beautiful lakes and a community tennis court and playground area.

Good house. A little far from Disney/Disney springs commute time wise. Beds a little stiff. Limited sheets blankets towels etc. but overall a solid spot and neighborhood to relax and price is very reasonable. Would stay again

This vacation home has lots of space for guests to spread out or relax together. It has all the kitchen amenities you would need. Great pool with covered seating to please everyone. We all enjoyed our stay.

Really needs a good cleaning especially the netting over the pool. When youre floating on your back and all you see is dust and dead bugs.. there were ants and roaches in the kitchen that was gross! the gas stove was wonderful to cook on. The pool was great every day although it needs a good cleaning and paint. The sliding door alarms were annoying but we understood the need. Sad that we could not use the garage since we had a scooter rental.
I understand supplying only the bare necessity of items, but after staying in vacation homes for years ive never had to go out and buy salt and pepper! Overall my family and i had a great vacation. I was surprised with the location being so far from everything! 40 minutes to Disney's parks!
