About this apartment rental
Of recent construction with new furnishings, the flat will make you spend an unforgettable and relaxing holiday with sea and culture. The big corner bath in the roomy bathroom will pick you up at the very end of the day, and then you will go to sleep in a spacious and air-conditioned bedroom with furniture in ethnic style.
The day after you will be ready to go to sandy public or private beaches, nature reserves, small lakes, gorges, cult places, monuments, Baroque, and so on.
The strategic position of Avola (with its almonds and its well known all over the world Nero d’Avola wine) and of the apartment located in the very town centre, are fit as perfect landmarks to visit the whole eastern coast, the Sicilian hinterland, etc.: Noto which is the capital of the Baroque and patrimony of UNESCO, Syracuse patrimony of UNESCO too , Modica, Ragusa, Catania, Capo Passero (extreme point of Sicily), Caltagirone, Taormina, etc. If you are lovers of seasides, the wonderful sandy beaches are far from the apartment only about 1,5 kilometres, or you can reach the wonderful and uncontaminated beaches of the nature reserve of Vendicari in only 20 minutes by car. This was recently mentioned among the most wonderful beaches in Italy.
In the evening you can go to a pizzeria, bar, restaurant, or, if you prefer, you can have dinner in the kitchen or on the spacious terrace furnished with table, chairs, beach umbrella, barbecue, etc.
Besides the apartment is provided with a big garage where you can leave your car.

Esperienza fantastica.Il Sig Achille ci ha accolti in maniera molto cordiale e familiare...La casa si presenta come nella descrizione fornita dalla Sig.ra Sabrina..il contatto telefonico con suo marito Sig. La casa è in un posto strategico per raggiungere le spiagge e le città piû famose del siracusano. La casa è esattamente come descritta ed il proprietario è stato prodigo di suggerimenti e disponibile in ogni occasione.

Alloggio come da aspettative.
Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e accogliente, se pur molto discreto, e lo abbino apprezzato. Ci ha supportato e suggerito i luoghi da visitare.
Appartamento accogliente per 2 persone, la terza persona dormirebbe nella stessa stanza.
Aria condizionata presente solo nella stanza da letto ma, con le giuste accortezze, sufficiente a rinfrescare l’appartamento. Graditissimo il cestino di limoni femminello, limonate deliziose.
Grazie ancora per la splendida accoglienza e la gentilezza che ci avete regalato. Lo consiglio vivamente.

È davvero stata un' esperienza indimenticabile, ricca di simpatici aneddoti e contatti umani squisiti. Ogni volta che si parte per una destinazione ancora ignota alcune perplessità ci accompagnano fino all'arrivo ed in questo caso si dissolvono in un attimo non appena si
conoscono i gentilissimi proprietari e si approda all'appartamento veramente confortevole.
Per inciso: mare e spiaggia super, ristoranti e gelaterie per veri golosoni, i limoni del Sig.Achille dolci e salutari; che dire? "voglio tornare ad Avola"
