Flat with one bedroom suite, rich in closets, has air conditioning, bathroom (en suite), living room with cable TV and sofa bed, kitchen with microwave oven and refrigerator (no stove), living room with table. For sleeping, the flat sleeps 2 well in the suite, but can accommodate one more on the living room sofa.

Imóvel confortável e funcional. Como pontos de melhoria para o flat, destaco o wi fi, que é sofrível e uma maior atenção quanto ao estado dos elevadores.
Com relação ao local, a cidade de São Vicente como um todo, peca pela falta de atenção do poder público. Praias e orla sujas e mal cuidadas, acabam por levar a necessidade de deslocamento para outros locais.
