Excellent location and as advertised

The location is a big plus! It’s very close to the Messe and walking distance. There was a fan provided as well. Since it was quite warm when I travelled.
It wasn’t very clean. However the owner was very responsive on WhatsApp which was good. the untensils etc were old and need to be replaced if someone wants to cook.

Very close to train station, shopping and restaurants. Convenient location. Several amenities available.
No air conditioning. Fan helped, but very warm.

The location is very good if you are using the conference facilities near by. The description from booking.com made it difficult to find the way, but the person on the phone was super helpful.
There were bearded fish (bugs) on the wall, which is super hard to get rid of if they spread.
