Very close to train station, shopping and restaurants. Convenient location. Several amenities available.
No air conditioning. Fan helped, but very warm.

Very close to the conference centre and U bahn stations Messestadt West or Ost, and a shopping centre with 2 supermarkets and pharmacy.
Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds super comfortable, very big shower. The black out shutters and the quietness of the area meant a good nights sleep. Secure access to both the building and the apartment.
I found communication with the company excellent too.
I would stay there again.
We were very happy with it. Very light sleepers might struggle with the noise of the fridge going off and on but it didn’t bother us.

The location is very good if you are using the conference facilities near by. The description from booking.com made it difficult to find the way, but the person on the phone was super helpful.
There were bearded fish (bugs) on the wall, which is super hard to get rid of if they spread.
