The apartment is nice, large and is in a perfect location. The sea view is great and I can imagine it's even nicer in the summer months. It's also very quiet but still only few steps from the center and beautiful beach promenade. Radiators worked well to keep the apartment warm. We had a pleasant Christmas time at Apto Arqüelles!
Some of the cups etc. could already be replaced in the kitchen as they were quite worn down. we had to wait quite a while for the person who was delivering the keys even though we informed the time of arrival exactly as instructed. At arrival the apartment was extremely cold and it took until the next morning to feel comfortable, maybe in the winter months the heating could be turned on before guests arrive, also some rugs on the floor would help it feel warmer.
