About this house rental
Comfortable home, providing wonderfully peaceful and refreshing quiet, set on a white oak wooded lot, with 2 fireplaces, newly renovated eat-in kitchen, powder room, laundry room, upper level AC, and a garden of birds. Simply fill the bird feeders and enjoy the variety and song. Take a 2 mile drive to the entrance of Lucy Vincent Beach, 5 miles to Squibnocket Beach, or Menemsha Beach. Enjoy the Yoga Barn down the road and the Community Center, Library, Post Office, TownHall, and Chilmark Store for pizza on the porch, also a short drive away. Also close by, visit the new Grey Barn which features raw milk and organic meats. Avail yourself of many scenic routes for walking, biking, jogging. Lovely restaurants close by and 3 towns to shop in about 20 minutes away. Folks tell us of issues obtaining Ferry Reservations on the weekend, so we've changed to FRIDAY arrival time and to FRIDAY departure.

We had such a wonderful stay--this is the perfect up-Island Vineyard House. Very spacious and clean, with a large back yard and plenty of charm.
