Papa's villa was the most comfortable clean and roomy for our group. The wrap around deck was so relaxing and it was perfect for visiting w family in town. There were plenty of blankets and other amenities that made our stay wonderful.

It was the perfect Storm of weather, lack of AC and a distant wildfire. The property was decent and clean, but there was no AC, which is sometimes typical of Big Bear. However, it was one of the hottest days in Big Bear, there was no AC only fans and in the evening we did not open the windows due to a distant fire making the air smokey. Needless to say we came home a day early. I wish they had told us no AC but next time I will double check as well. Owner was responsive when emailed and neighborhood was good.
