About this villa rental
Le Mas du Lauron is a magnificent Provencal Mas dating from 1632. It is located 5 minutes from the quiet village in a pretty 4ha estate surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and 40 cypresses. The Mas itself and its garden are in very good condition. It was completely redone between 2010 and 2013 (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, double glazed roof insulation, electricity, underfloor heating, cellar, cold room, pool safety curtains, garage, car shed, workshop, terrace etc. ). The last 'works' (laundry room, new beds, painting, new washing machine, new Yves Delorme towels etc.) were done in 2014.

The is composed of 4 rooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped American kitchen, a dining room and two living rooms with two fireplaces and a mezzanine with office and library. There are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub. On the ground floor there is another small bathroom with shower. It is located near the summer kitchen and can be used especially in summer.
The cottage, which is right next to the house can accommodate 2 to 3 people. It is 35m² with an equipped kitchen, bathroom, sofa, table, cupboards, 25m² terrace, small garden and summer kitchen. It has a separate entrance but can also be accessed through the Mas garden.
Three Mas beds are 1.80m, one of which can be made into two single beds (for example for children.) The fourth bed of the Mas and the bed of the cottage are 1.60m. In the gîte there is a sofa which can accommodate a third person (for example a child).
Children are welcome. There are 3 high chairs, 2 folding beds and some toys which can be made available to you if desired.
Outside there is a large 15m heated swimming pool with shower and deckchairs, a summer kitchen, a large and beautiful garden, olive trees, a cottage with summer kitchen for 2 people, a dance floor with terrace side layer of sun, vineyards, a hangar and a Mongolian tent.
