About this villa rental
Luxury villa located in a private urbanization with private beach in the reserved zone, within walking distance from the sea.
Plot 2500 m2 with perfect garden has a high level of privacy .. The Villa has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, one master-bedroom of 50 sq. m. with Jacuzzi, two suites and two single bedrooms with shared bathrooms (all bedrooms with air conditioning) and one apartment with a separate entrance, bathroom and kitchen.
Designer furniture and home decoration. The heated swimming pool 8 x 4 m with massage and counterflow, landscaping.
Over a thousand plants, including large Palm trees and 400-year-old Olive tree.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen-dining room 50 m2, fully equipped Gaggenau appliances including a wine rack, coffee machine, microwave oven, oven, dishwasher, induction cooker, etc. Kitchen Bulhaup, tv 50 inches.
Living room 50 m2 with a white leather sofa group and 60-inch TV, design fireplace.
Master bedroom 50 m2 with fireplace and direct access to the main terrace, bathroom with Jacuzzi, marble and Onyx. American Walnut parquet floors.
On the second floor staircase made of Onyx. There are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, bedroom-room, private bedroom and bathroom.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a TV.

We had a fantastic stay in Tossa de Mar! The house was perfect — clean, comfortable, with a great pool and just a short walk to the beach. The location couldn’t be better. Alex, the owner, was extremely communicative and attentive, making everything smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

A beautiful home in Tossa with all the amenities you could ask for. The quality and cleanliness where top notch and Alex the owner answers all your texts. The home is not within walking distance of the town of Tossa so it's best to rent a car. There is a beach accesible by walking with a decent restaurant. But for side trips either hire a full time driver or rent a vehicle.

This house is phenomenal. Very clean, modern amenities, and so many extras that made the stay fantastic. The backyard is beautiful with the pool and landscaping. Easy walk down to the beach which has two places to eat with great food. The grocery story at the entrance to the neighborhood was so convenient. Alex, the property owner, is so nice and helpful.
Overall, this place and owner are the best.
