The apartment is located in a very elegant and quiet area, completely surrounded by greenery.
The accommodation has been completely refurbished recently and consists of a bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe, living room with double sofa bed, dining table and TV area, a kitchenette with fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and espresso machine .
From the terrace you can enjoy a panoramic sea and hill view.

frequento Sanremo in "quella" settimana di Febbraio da una quindicina d'anni per lavoro, quindi stavolta cercavo una soluzione che fosse fuori dalla bolgia degli alberghi, e la casa di Roberta è veramente un posto di pace. Silenzioso, attrezzato, comodo, si vede anche un po' di mare, parcheggio agevole, ci vuole una mezz'ora per scendere a piedi fino a corso Matteotti ma con il sole tutto sommato è una passeggiata piacevole. Ottima anche l'assistenza di Lucio, disponibile e mai invadente, che fa le veci di Roberta. Alla prossima...
