Very bad experience with the facility. after confirming the reservation and after struggling to find a place where we will sleep, the landlady calls us and informs us that the room is occupied, reserved by third parties outside the booking page... we slept on the side of the road because of the relevant... unprofessional...

We liked the seaview from our balcony, the room was very clean and the staff is very kind.

The hotel has an elevator that doesn't work, so we had to climb on the 3rd floor by stairs.

Far from being a 3 stars hotel

I liked the location, 5min walk to the beach, big balcony and the sea view (only the rooms that are situated at the 3rd and 4th floor have sea view). With no elevator, be careful what you wish for! A 10 for the nice lady that was cooking and cleaning at the hotel, the only permanent presence during our stay. Standard 7 euros breakfast, not bad, so don't expect much or diversity every day.

Upon arrival, there was no one at the reception even if we announced our arrival 1 day before and confirmed it 1h30min before arriving at the hotel. The room at 4th floor with an elevator that was not working. The room was exactly like in the pictures, the big difference was made by the uncomfortable mattress and hard pillows, we both left with back and neck pain after 4 nights sleeping there. Old furniture, veeery old and small TV with only 9 channels, the toilet was leaking with each use, only one key for a room for 3 adults. They confirmed a double bed in the room but we received a bed frame with 2 mattresses separated in the middle. Worst coffee that you can have for breakfast, for sure that they can do something to improve it. Also a toaster would be nice to have. Long story short, I give it 1-2 stars max, far from being a 3 stars hotel.

-poziție foarte bună în centrul stațiunii Limenaria - AC bun, frigider maricel, saltele confortabile, plasa de țânțari -schimbat prosoape și lenjerie de pat -balcon spațios -doamna de la curățenie se ocupa și de micul dejun și este foarte amabilă dacă ai nevoie de ceva

-micul dejun identic în fiecare zi cu produse de slabă calitate -hotel fără lift, noi am stat la et 1 și nu ne-a deranjat prea mult -nu are parcare proprie, dar se poate parca gratis în zona -la recepție se folosea un odorizant de cameră extrem de puternic si innecăcios, nu puteam trece niciodată pe acolo fără sa tușesc. -băile de la recepție sunt jalnice

Locatia este buna, in centru. Se face curatenie in fiecare zi, din punctul acesta de vedere e ok.

Au fost mai multe probleme: 1. comunicare pe what up cu Stefania foarte slaba, raspunde foarte greu, desi a trebuit sa mutam data concediului si mai erau doar 1-2 zile pana la plecare, se comunica foarte greu, raspundea cu un ok (fara sa rezolve problema) si apoi mai scria peste 2 ore; lipsa de interes, o atitudine total opusa fata de ceea ce gasesti de obicei la o gazda 2. Micul dejun e slabut, foarte basic si cu ingrediente de slaba calitate, laptele chiar nu am putut sa il beau; 90 % acelasi mic dejun in fiecare zi 3. Sunt tantari in camere, practic trebuie sa ii urmaresti si sa ii omori, altfel nu poti dormi; se vad pe pereti tantarii omorati de cei dinainte; 3. Cel mai ciudat e ca nu exista dulap pentru haine, este doar un loc pe perete unde e o bara si 5 umerase, greu de inteles cum de au lasat asa; 4. Nu este nimeni la receptie 5. La baie WC este aproape lipit de perete, deci nu poti sta intr-o pozitie ok, nu exista perdea la dus;

Booking’de asansörsüz olduğunu yazmışlar ama , otelin 4 katlı olduğu belli değil. Otelin girişi yok iki bina arasından gireceksiniz.Ne hoş geldiniz diyen var, ne valizlere yardım eden biri var.Resepsiyondaki kadıncağız, “odamız hangi katta” sorusuna cevap veremiyecek kadar ingilizce bilmiyor. Booking’de 3 yıldız bir yer görünüyor ama otelde buna emare bir şey yok, bence yalan . Asansörü olmayan 4 katlı bit otel olabilirmi? Allahtan çarşaflar temizdi ve 4. Katta olduğumuz için balkon manzaramız güzeldi.
