About this house rental
Three-storey house located between the streets of the old town of Altea, one of the favorite areas for its visitors.
It was reformed to create a current lifestyle, fresh, comfortable and together to preserve its historical soul with elements such as hydraulic floors, furniture and more decorative details.
You access the house from a large wooden gate that leads you to a hall. On the one hand, there is the bedroom with a double bed, a closet and a safe, on the other hand, there is the bathroom that has a shower, it is a bathroom with a simple and comfortable style. Then there are the stairs where you access the first floor, where is the kitchen, fully equipped, with a modern style. On the same floor there is also the dining room, the living room with TV that has satellite and a small balcony. There are also the stairs to access the third floor where there is the very large terrace with unobstructed views of the town, mountains, sea and old town.
It has an office kitchen, a barbecue, a bathroom, a dining table and chill-out sofas. It is equipped to spend wonderful evenings with natural Mediterranean light. Spectacular.
The area of the old town is central, so it is within walking distance of shops, ice cream parlors, coffee shops, supermarkets, tourist areas and more.

Property has been refurbished to a good standard. Comfortable lounge, bedroom and kitchen area too. Roof terrace was nice also but was too hot to sit out!! Table and chairs on the roof terrace and 2 big outdoor sofa style chairs with matching foot stool. Would be nice if there were a couple of actual sun loungers there too. Overall, excellent property close to the main square and several restaurants.

It is a very nice house with a wonderful roof terrace where we have been before with the previous owners,
It rained a lot while we were in Altea. It was OK in the living room with the heat punp/thermal pump, but it was rather cold and damp downstairs.
There was some heating in the bathrom.
I am sure it would have been different in the summer. It is a wonderful house in the old town in Altea. It was just unfortunate that it reained so much.

Bonita casa, aunque le faltan algunos pequeños detalles. Estuvimos muy a gusto, pero es una casa en el centro de Altea y avisamos que hay que subir cuestas para llegar a ella. Una vez arriba, merece la pena el esfuerzo.

A beautiful house in an incredible part of Spain. Right by the Church and surrounded by quality restaurants and bars. Lovely walk down through the old cobbled streets and whitewashed townhouses to the beach. The steps back up we’re a challenge in the heat! Will definitely be returning to Altea - what a magical place.
