Come enjoy the space and comfort of our entire home. 2700 square feet with four bedrooms (queen bed each) and a bonus room (queen bed) , 2 1/2 baths, Living Room, Formal Dining Room, Den with 65" 4K Fire TV, bedrooms have 43" Roku TVs and bonus room has 32" TV. Extremely fast wi-fi at 383mps. Level 2 EV charging available upon request. Kitchen with Breakfast Area. Back deck overlooks 2.4 acres of wooded privacy and two creeks yet home is in swim community. Less than 15 minutes to Pinewood Studios and Senoia (of Walking Dead fame). 30 minutes to ATL airport, and 5 minutes from groceries, restaurants, and shopping.

House had everything we could need! Great neighborhood. Very easy to find perfect location. Owner had quick response and very easy to deal with.

The Alexander's house felt like home. It is clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The vintage Whirlpool oven and stove spoiled me - it's a shame they don't make them like that anymore. There are plenty of dishes and cookware in the kitchen and extra linens for the bedrooms and bathrooms. Our boys enjoyed playing in the large yard, running up and down the front hill and watching the creek flow through the back yard. The house is close to every convenience, yet is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
