About this apartment rental
This two bedroom, two bathroom condo located in Mammoth Lakes is a quiet, simple and clean retreat for your Winter or Summer vacation. The living room has a large sectional sofa that will fit the entire family, the kitchen and bathrooms are outfitted with granite countertops, the bedrooms have custom ceiling fans to keep you cool in the Summer, and the living room has a cozy wood-burning fireplace to keep you warm in the Winter.
The master bedroom features a King bed, en-suite bathroom with stand up shower, and flatscreen TV. with DVD player The second bedroom is perfect for the kids and offers a Queen bed as well as bunk bed with 2 Twins and access to the shared bathroom. The living room sectional also pulls out into a King size sofabed for additional guests.
A great family unit just a short walk to Vons, restaurants, movie theatre, and more! All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people, there are 2 steps to the unit, 1 level inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. I sent the email below to Mammoth Reservations but received NO response so I’ll share it here:I just rented a condo in Horizons 4, unit #165, May 5-8. We arrived late on May 5 to find that this unit was in disrepair. 1 - In the second bedroom we kept hearing a loud “crinkling” noise. After much investigation we found that the window had a large hole and cracks in it. It was boarded from the outside and covered with plastic on the inside. Every time the wind would blow the plastic made noise keeping us up all night. 2 - In the master bathroom, the shower head was missing so water just came out in a stream. Also the electrical outlet did not work. On May 6 we called to report the issues. On May 7 someone came and added tape over the plastic on the window. Unfortunately this did not fix the noise issue. Nothing was done in the master bath. Everything else in this condo was wonderful: fully stocked kitchen, games, videos, etc.

Great location, but a little run down and had a funky musty smell. We sprayed the provided bottle of Febreze everywhere and that seemed to minimize the smell. The kitchen was nice!
