Beautiful property, very comfortable service was amazing
Well the property is great access to the property was a bit challenging because the side road was under construction

Clean, comfortable
Miscommunication (attempted to charge extra for a room already selected)
System went down and payment was a real pain. Delayed our plans since we have to go to a bank to obtain cash .
Booking is to blame as well. Why don’t you pay directly to the hotel?
