Location was excellent. Just a few metres from the beautiful and less crowded part of An Bang beach. Children loved the swimming pool and the shade under the palm trees allowed swimming at all times of the day. We also enjoyed the local feel of the small lanes around the house and the great choice of nearby restaurants and bars on the beach and in the lanes. The host, Lynh, was super friendly and super helpful. Highly recommended!
The noise of the water pump at the top of the house was slightly annoying at times.

Sehr schöne Villa. Den oberen Stock haben wir nicht genutzt da war es sehr sehr warm. Aber die restlichen Zimmer waren alle super. Die Zimmer wurden alle zwei Tage gereinigt und der Müll abgeholt. Es ist sehr nah am Strand. Super Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Wir hatten einen kleinen Wasserschaden im Bad der sehr schnell behoben wurde. Wir würden 10 Punkte geben wenn die Betten mit Moskitonetze ausgestattet gewesen wären. Es gibt sehr viele Moskitos.

Great location. Private swimming pool. Funky colourful interior. Plenty of space to accommodate a company of at least 6 people. For those who miss homecooking - a possibility to make a simple breakfast/any other meal in the kitchen.
Great firm mattresses. The bathroom with a bathtub with large windows was a great village-like touch
The house and its contents are quite old - so naturally you have air conditioning that works till it gets tired and doesn’t work anymore.
Water boiler was loud and spooked us the first night we heard it working.
There was no hot water in all shower stands on all three floors (though there was hot water in all the sinks, as well as the bathtub tap). Some of the pillows have a stale smell.
And the doors at the bathroom on the first floor have a gap that lets creepy crawlies inside the house.
