Condo #24 is an ocean view unit located on the upper level with easy beach access. Relax on the lanai and take in the beautiful view of the ocean and Haleakala from the bedroom. A newly remodeled condo with new carpet throughout and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, dishes, utensils, and cookware. This condo will sleep 4 comfortably with a King Size Bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities included in this unit are the split system A/C, ceiling fans and TV in both the bedroom and living room. . Parking is complimentary and WIFI is unlimited. Condo #24 is part of the Kihei Kai Rental Association which has an on-site office and an after-hour phone number for your convenience.

This property is set up nicely for a couple, laundry machines on the property was nice. Pool was not working when we arrived but was fixed a couple days in, great temperature for cooling off. This condo does not have a dishwasher so handwashing dishes was kind of a pain. But overall, comfortable bed and furnishings

My son and I were able to do all the major activities in a few days due to its great central location, even with a beach onsite. Also a large covered lanai for wonderful meals outdoors. Well equipped with modern conveniences inside the unit. Would have wished for a firmer bed but really no other suggestions.
