The pool can be heated upon request! 72 hours notification is required and a pool heat fee of $40 plus tax per day must be paid prior to check-in
this villa. If there are not at least two guests in the home over 25 years old, Vacasa’s Operations Team will call the primary guest, do additional phone screening, and meet them in person at check-in
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Excellent property. Decline of VACASA service continues. Have rented same property for over 10 years. VACASA used to have welcome information and call from local staff. Any question/issue received a prompt response. Now you are lucky if a call for assistance is returned in two days. Simple issues remained unaddressed during five week stay

This home was spacious, well furnished, had very nice amenities. Home was clean and luxurious. Great location. Quiet neighborhood.

Four couples stayed at Camellia Villa for two weeks. We found the Villa to be spacious and well equipped. The elevator was very helpful in getting supplies up to the third floor kitchen as well as cases to the top level. Great location for the beach and about a 30 min walk into the Village but with some good places to eat within a 15 min walk. Overall I could not fault the accommodation in any way.
