Photos accurately show current water depth (8–10 feet) at our dock with the dam temporarily down for repairs. Water access is still available via staircases to the river, but please be aware that steep drops and multiple stairways may make the property unsuitable for toddlers or guests with mobility challenges.
Although the region is experiencing drought conditions, our water depth remains steady — however, river flow can occasionally be slow. We prioritize transparency, so please review all backyard photos carefully before booking.

We rented this house to be close to Seguin for a big track meet. It was a great refuge in between events to get out of the heat (only 10 min from the high school). The house was stocked with everything we needed. It was nice to float around the river as well. Our teenage boys enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding. Thank you Sarah for a great trip.

We enjoyed staying here, it was peaceful and serene, I would definitely come back.
In case you forgot anything, HEB is nearby. Life jackets are available if you want to get into water.
Bring coal for BBQ, Bluetooth speakers are available in the patio, so you don’t have bring your own.
The only thing that we missed was an additional half bathroom, as we were 3 families.

We had a great time!!!! The water was beautiful and the kayaks were so much fun to travel around and explore. House was beautiful. I’m ready to rent again.
