About this house rental
This comfy, family-friendly 4 bedroom house is year-round and 130 paces to the water - who can ask for more? Dine in with the fully equipped kitchen or take dinner at the shore or at one of the great nearby restaurants - amazing food and live music within 2 miles. Don't let the lack of curb appeal on the exterior scare you (we have big plans for it), but the interior of this original antique cottage was fully renovated in 2017 and ready for R&R with a spacious open floor plan and plenty of beds. Enjoy the great beach with enclosed swimming area, raft and diving board. First floor bedroom has a twin bed and faces the backyard and has easy access to the half bath. Upstairs is a large bedroom with two twin beds, a second bedroom with a twin bed and views of the water, and a large bedroom facing the front of the house with a queen bed and views of the water. In the main living area, there is a pull out sofa featuring a full sized bed. All linens provided including bath towels. Washer/Dryer. Beach chairs, kayak and life jackets. Gas grill. Cable and internet. Weekly trash pick-up. House also includes use of kayak, life jackets, 2 beach chairs, and outdoor patio table with chairs.

This is our fifth summer staying here, and we couldn’t be happier! The beaches are great and there are fun options for both high and low tide. The kids love it here (especially the stash of duplos)! They can’t wait to come and are always sad to leave. Highly recommend!

The house was spacious and clean. The location is outstanding for the price. We spent our time visiting friends and family as we used to live there. Lots of good seafood, pizza and Italian food in the area. Overall an excellent place to stay.

It was our 4th summer at this property, and it’s always a joy! We love being able to walk to great beaches. (They’re never crowded!) There’s enough room for cousins and siblings to have plenty of space to play. The whole family has a great time!

This home is a wonderful location for your next family getaway! We stayed with my parents, siblings, and our families. There was plenty of space for everyone, awesome toys for the little ones, and it was just steps from the beach! The raft and diving board was our favorite, but there is a great beach with a sandbar nearby to visit at low tide. Claudia was responsive and available if we needed it. We can’t thank you enough for a special week!
