I booked 2PT, but on arrival was given 1PT accommodation. I showed them booking confirmation, but was told to walk across to 1PT with my cases in the rain. No explanation given. The concierge desk at 1PT was manned by three female individuals during my stay. One was helpful, other two really dour, reluctant to acknowledge me and not helpful. On checking out i returned the room key to concierge desk and was told they didnt want it there and could I take it back up and put it in the room. Nowhere does it tell you that.!! So I left my unattended luggage that id just struggled down with to go return a room key. Not my job surely.? The room was good and had everything.

What you see is what I expect very spacious ang area perfect for barkadas,familys,and colleagues.The price is giving and also the one you assisted us in the unit is very kind and accommodating.Over all for me is 10/10.

Great place, great location. I liked the interior design. I love how the TV had netflix gues accounts.

The staff was alittle unfriendly, just :|, no smiles. The aircon was alittle loud, made it abit uncomfortable. Netflix was cool but the wifi was slow so I couldnt watch anything.
