About this house rental
Mid terrace Victorian family home. Fantastic location for Harrogate International Conference centre and Harrogate town. Stunning lounge dining room with wood burning stove, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. First Floor: Family bathroom with large bath and over bath shower. Office with desk and printer (wifi at the property). Double master bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite showroom. Second Floor: Double bedroom and single bedroom. Outside: Small gravelled garden with table and chairs, bench and garden shed. Very good selection of local shops within 2 minutes walking distance. Flower shop, delicatessen, cafes and a Sainsburys local. Walking distance into Harrogate town centre and 7 minutes walk to Harrogate Conference Centre. Excellent selection of restaurants 8 minute walk away, including and micro brewery.

The house has lots of space and is walking distance from the center of Harrogate. It's about 15-20 from the town centre, but it's close to some takeaways and delivery restaurants which serve as a nice contrast from the fancier places in the town center. It also made us feel more at home versus feeling like the tourists that we are and it was more convenient to driving to the Yorkshire Dales for some wonderful hikes. We had a few questions for Christine, the owner - she is incredibly friendly, and quick to respond.

This was our second stay at this property- it's lovely. There's plenty of room. The master bedroom is on the first floor and the other two bedrooms are on the second floor- ideal for teenagers who like their own space. The kitchen is well equipped. There's a separate dining room. The living room has a 2 seater sofa and the other chairs are less comfy - not a problem for us but if 4 people were watching TV together it might seem a bit crowded. There is a very small front garden and the street feels close but the blinds in the living room and curtains in the master bedroom are effective.
There is a Sainsbury's literally round the corner. It's about 15 mins easy walk into Harrogate.
