Perfect location, great for bringing our 8month old lab to stay in, comfortable, all that we needed for our stay.
Shower was a tad small for the average person

The location is fantastic, a leisurely walk to Eype beach which is beautiful. Many walks from here to explore, and good access to other places to visit in Dorset. The property itself is small and humble but we had everything we needed. Condition and cleanliness very good.
Car parking was tricky for unloading etc as spaces were small.

Lovely location. Good parking.
Didn’t feel comfortable for family of four. Small sofa and lodge was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures. It was in need of a deep clean. The out door area seating also needed cleaning. It would have benefitted from better garden furniture and a parasol.
