This 6 Bedroom , 5 Bathroom home is set in fantastic half acre (2000m2) gardens offering space and privacy for the guests, yet situated a short 15min walk (just over 1 mile / under 2 km) from Javea Beach (Arenal) it's shops & restaurants. The villa is decorated and furnished in a contemporary style throughout, with the highest standard of amenities and appliances.
For those looking for a spacious environment, the villa offers that and more. Ideal for large parties it offers various dining areas for eating as well as plenty of sleeping and bathing options. The layout itself gives a nice flow to the property, with many windows and doors to give a bright, airy feel. It offers modern accommodation at its very best, whist making the most of the fabulous outdoor space with its own private pool. There is a plentiful supply of sun loungers, day beds and poolside seating. Ideal for both summer and winter holidays, the heated private pool enables swimming all year round.
There is an Outdoor Table Tennis table & an outdoor Pool Table to keep everyone entertained. There is also a covered TV area near the pool with Xbox games console.
As well as the rear dining area by the BBQ, there is a large dining area on the traditional Spanish Naya offering views down to Javea and the Sea. Ideal for those wanting a little shade or an evening aperitif!

The Villa comfortably sleeps 12 people in Beds. Apartment 2 is fully Open Plan, this includes the Sofa Bed being open plan with the King Size bedroom Area.

Large lounge, Dining Room, 4 bedrooms (2 en-suite) with 3rd family bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with all facilities.
Downstairs:
2 Individual Apartments both with double bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Each having their own studio style kitchen and with a sofa in the lounge area
All rooms have hot and cold air conditioning and central heating throughout. Most bedrooms also have ceiling fans to keep cool.
GENERAL

We had the most amazing stay at your villa it was beautiful, clean Spacious and well equipped. Danny was a great host and available if required! The villa is situated on a hill which was a bit tricky for my elderly parents however we got the 1taxi app and for 6-7 they was able to easily get into the resort and back the aldi and Consum supermarkets are easy distances and have all you need! There are lots of lovely local restaurants on the beach and oasis very nearby was also great! Checking in and out very easy and little touches like the bubbly and hamper was a great thank you for a wonderful stay!

Stunning property- well equipped - property manager very helpful- excellent for families with plenty of space - good size pool and outside facilities inc pool, badminton and table tennis- nobody wanted to go home!

Yes this villa is exceptional. The description is spot on. We were not disappointed. Danny made us feel very welcome. The outside is wonderful with fabulous pool area and lots of comfortable areas to eat or relax in. We all enjoyed playing darts, table tennis and Poole. Shopping was easy with big supermarkets within walking distance. The walk to the beach was a little hairy with our little ones but parking was free and abundant. The villa was spotless and decor of a high standard. We loved every minute of our stay.
