We have spent four nights at the hotel and it was wonderful.
We got a free upgrade to Junior and the room was really cozy and comfortable, with a view - to the inner garden with the pool - from the balcony.
The food was heavenly; the number of the options, and the taste, oh my god - especially the honey roasted sweet potatoes :)
The staff was also super kind and helpful, and one of the animators even played waterpolo with us. :)
For me it's a guaranteed return when I am back in Kos again.
My only problem was that we had to return to Austria :)

The Kipriotis Maris Suites Hotel is a stunning property as soon as you step into the vast lobby with spacious seating areas.
Then you get to meet the true heart of this hotel, the wonderful staff.
My husband & I were treated like friends staying with them in their home rather than a guest in a hotel.
At reception we met Anna the unflappable Reception Manager who checked in a bus full of people in record time & then we were walled to the door of our room.
The room we had was enormous with a seriously comfy bed, the room was stocked with full bathroom supplies & bottled water chilling in your own fridge.
Fonti, ❤️the Restaurant Manager & Eliza,Dimitris & all her friendly & hard working team kept us fed and watered all day & all night with the best selection of fresh local food you could’ve asked for. Different proteins every day, you couldn’t want for anything. Thank you Fonti & all your team, your pride shows in your food !
We are grateful Ryan Air don’t weigh passengers on the return flight!
From there you meet the nicest bartenders ever in one place - Tryfon, Emiliano, Sotos, Stathis, Vasilis!
We love you all & thank you for all the laughs!

Their energy & enthusiasm is contagious! Their encouragement to participate in their events & fun pastimes is also a way to meet the other hotel guests you may not otherwise have spent time with & we met some brilliant people as a direct result of having the crack as we say in Ireland , with the Animation team & their brilliant activities. Keep it up, you’re fabulous! 💕

Vrlo sam zadovoljan boravkom u hotelu. Dovoljno besplatnog parkinga oko hotela. Svi obroci i usluga za barom kraj bazena su odlični. Dovoljno ležaljki za sunčanje kraj bazena. Apartman je bio prilično prostran i uredan. Svakako preporuka za obiteljski odmor.
Nije vezano za sam hotel, ali je dosta vjetrovito cijelo vrijeme pa kupanje u moru kraj hotela uglavnom nije opcija.

Vriendelijkheid van manager Anna die echt haar best doet, cleaning en poolbar personeel😍
De pizza’s uit eigen pizza oven zagen er goed uit. (Niet gegeten, dus qua smaak geen idee))
Gezellig knus zwembad met veel palmbomen en prachtige relaxte poolmuziek❤️
Matrassen lagen heerlijk❣️
Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding ver te zoeken. Hotel vergane glorie en sfeerloos.
We begrijpen echt niet waar die 5 * vandaan komen.
Buffet liefdeloos opgezet, alles met de goedkoopst mogelijke ingrediënten zonder smaak of te zout.
Zelfs de Griekse yoghurt of gerechten met tomaten saus hadden een chemische
nasmaak. We vonden het zo slecht dat we ondanks all incl na de eerste 1 avond buiten de deur aten. Ontbijt ok, vanwege meerdere soorten vers fruit en pannenkoekjes met Nutella.
Kamers gedateerd, maar zeer schoon. Hoeslakens te klein🥲Badkamers en gordijnen ( niet zonsverduistering) zeker aan vervanging toe. Personeel-kleding armoedig en is echt maar ook werkelijk aan vervanging toe.😅
Bij aankomst krijgt men 1 fles water die men hele vakantie zelf kan vullen uit, waterreservoirs die vaak leeg waren of bij de bar pool indien geopend.
Minibar / ijskast gevuld bij aankomst met 1 fles water.
