I like it that it's very close to the city that place, plus bed sets have been changed on weekend as we stayed almost 2 weeks there. I like it that there was a kitchen to use.

I was charged 12% more with the comment that Booking made mistake. Very bad practice 😕

The kitchen was having everything one needs.
There has been a party organized while we stayed there and we didn't know about it in advance. We were travelling with the kids so it would have been better to know what to expect. When we arrived the host seemed surprised we are coming with the kids even if it has been specified in the booking email, along with the age of the kids.
The rooms were not sanitized for a long time probably, the dust was untouched beneath the beds. The towels were smelling (clean but smelling like no laundry detergent was used :) ).
The pool was not usable, dirty water and halfway full.
The garden was used as parking spot, no space for kids to run.
