The house is a period house located in the center, the good thing about this house is the location, fantastic to get anywhere. The sea 50 meters away, the old port with all the clubs, shops, supermarkets, the railway station, buses, here forget your car. Supermarket under the house, market on Wednesday and Saturday a stone's throw away. Free parking at 150 meters. clubs and restaurants at 100 meters, shops for shopping under the house. Imperia is a quiet Ligurian city very nice to visit, even in the area nearby, it has a wonderful hinterland where you can go for walks and to taste the typical Ligurian cuisine.
Sanremo is half an hour by bus, nearby there is also Nice and Montecarlo to visit absolutely.
The beach is for the most part free, but there are also bathing establishments with deck chairs and umbrella for a fee.
