It is very well located with shops in the vicinity such as bakery, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. Ideal for couples. Family Environment. Pets are not allowed, non-smokers inside the kitchenette. We do not provide bed and bath linens such as pillowcases, sheets, bedspread, bath towels and face.

Kitnet muito limpa, cozinha bem equipada, ar condicionado muito bom, padaria e supermercado perto. O Sr. Gilberto é muito atencioso e prestativo. Recomendo o local.

Tudo conforme anunciado, local tranqüilo e de fácil acesso aos principais pontos de guarapari. Gilmar proprietário muito prestativo e atencioso. O imóvel é simples mas bem aconchegante, tem todos os itens e utensílio necessários. O ventilador de teto do quarto é fraco, mas como tem ar condicionado então tudo tranquilo. Super indico. Ponto negativo é a tarifa de 81,00 cobrado pelo aluguetemporada
