Situated in a condominium endowed with security, caretaker, porters and electronic gate, fence all around.

Proprietária atenciosa, educa da e prestativa. Imóvel em boas condições de limpeza, porém, a portaria não estava sabendo da locação. Tive que mostrar meu contrato. A casa precisa e merece um upgrade !!! O que salvou foram os ares condicionados que são novos e funcionam super bem. Colchões ok tb. Televisão, gabinete banheiro, utensílios, cadeiras, poderiam ser renovados! Janelas não fecham direito. Acho que a casa merece. Impressão de casa “largada”... uma pena! Wi-Fi sem informações no local. Não volto... !
