About this villa rental
A charming villa with 2 bedrooms (1 double with a kingsize bed & a twin) and a bathroom with bath & shower (in bath) upstairs. Downstairs is a spacious living & dining area and open plan kitchen & separate WC. The pretty lawned garden has a terrace area with table, chairs and gas BBQ, overlooking the peaceful marina and the property's dedicated jetty and mooring. This villa is particularly well equipped. There is Wi-Fi, a music system and Apple docking speaker, TV, DVD and library of DVDs and Books, Air-conditioning (in both bedrooms), washing machine, microwave and a kitchen with all the equipment one might need including a Tassimo coffee maker. For visitors, there are also sun loungers for use in the garden. There are various buckets, spades and beach toys which visitors are welcome to use. The prices quoted are complete so no hidden costs related to linen or cleaning.

So many things to see and do in a special part of france

The house and the interior is in very good condition. Perfect for a family. Nice small garden with barbecue.
Kirchen is good and everything works.
The neighbourhood is nice and its a 10-15 min walk to Aigues-Mortes. Market is 2 times a week, also 15 min by feet.
Grocery-shopping better by car and then only 3 min away.

We (myself, my husband and 2 young children) had such a wonderful week at the property, everything we could need or hope for was available. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, air-con in the bedrooms, great location, just 10 minute walk into Aigues Mortes and 10 minute drive to the beach. Lovely little garden overlooking the water. Both Robert the owner and Nathalie who was there to greet us were both friendly and informative. We would definitely recommend this property. We don’t usually return to the same place twice but we would definitely return here!

Cozy, spacious and comfortable house in the marina of Aigues-Mortes. Access to the area is possible only for authorized, in front of the house associated car parking, on the side of the small garden access to the water with boat mooring. The house is well equipped, beyond the usual there is also an extensive DVD movie collection. To the old town is about 10 minutes walk, here there are many interesting things to see and you will find a variety of restaurants, cafes, stores, museums and galleries. The central square is a great place to spend time. On the outskirts of the city, several supermarkets are quickly accessible by car. The location is very suitable for exploring the Camargue and the Languedoc. We especially liked Uzès, Nimes, Béziers. We had a very nice vacation week and felt very comfortable.
