Third stay at this property for University of Arizona. The layout of the place accommodates multiple family members beautifully. Tons of room in the kitchen with the adjacent laundry facilities. The garage parking is invaluable when moving students back/forth to UA. The location is highly convenient; a short drive to UA.

Family in Tucson for the class of 2025 graduation. The property is close to the UA, and very convenient to provisioning and restaurants. We've stayed here before and we really appreciate the garage parking. Kitchen appliances are all very useful. Very pet-friendly property with a well-sized back yard.

Amazing rental, we highly recommend it!! Everything was as pictures show, just better, very clean, well stocked, nice linens, spacious, and in a super nice and walkable neighborhood. This house is dog-friendly, with lots of cool tiled floors for them to lay on, and a safe, fenced in yard - our two dogs lived it. Another plus is the property manager - Ms. Katie was super responsive, tried to accommodate us with every wish we had, and even let us stay a few hours after check-out time to attend a zoom meeting. Honestly the only mistake we made was that we didn’t book for more days but we can’t wait to be back!
