This was one of the original classrooms in the old school- complete with brick fireplace and old cabinets (refinished). WiFi available. No TV at the moment. Walking distance to commercial area of old downtown Dillon.
Great for use as a corporate apartment or for visiting tourists or outdoorsmen.
NOTE: this property opens up for summer bookings in mid April- until then it will show blocked- please check back with us then!

We stayed here during a graduation weekend from UMW with lots of friends and family around. The unit is really unique. It’s a huge living space and very comfortably appointed. Right in the middle of town. John was absolutely amazing to work with regarding looking at other properties and late checkout. Couldn’t recommend higher. This is how all rentals should be!

The place is huge and thoughtfully appointed. Has a comfy bed and kitchen has most everything you need including coffee! Great little spot in Dillon, close to everything.
