This second floor condo is fully furnished. It has a screened in lanai that overooks the golf course. It has a master bedroom with a queen size bed and NEW bath with walk in shower. Master Bedroom overlooks the golf course, and has a sliding door onto the lanai, which has a table & chairs. The second bedroom has a double bed. The living room has a couch and a love seat & TV.
Ceiling fans are in the living room, kitchen, both bedrooms, and porch. Unit has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table with 4 chairs. Your private parking spot is right outside the door on the 2nd floor of the parking garage and it is covered. All linens are provided, as well as beach towels. The unit has a stackable washer and dryer in the utility room, just off the main bathroom. There is cable, wifi and a phone for local calls. My Dad stayed at this condo for a week and had a great time. The grounds are beautiful and the location is so close to everything. It's about 5-7 minutes from the beach, grocery store and major interstate. The condo was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. I would highly recommend renting this condo. In addition, the cost was 1/2 what you would rent a hotel for with twice the room. It has all the amenities; dishes, coffee maker, beach towels etc. The pool is beautiful and they used the pool and hot tub daily! You can't beat this price, location or the conveniences of having your own place!! It's a home away from home.
