The villa is located in Contrada Pisciotto, one of the most beautiful seaside resort of Licata areas with crystal clear sea, sandy beach and cliffs, and is situated about 400 m from the sea, with two steps away are Restaurant-Pizzeria, Bar, several beaches with umbrellas, deckchairs, pedalos, moto-scooter-aquatic, water-skiing, etc. .. The apartment is on the first floor of the villa, as you can see from the photos, the villa is in a very quiet place, fenced with automated gate, surrounded by his leafy garden of 500 sq.m, with carport, furnace + wood burning BBQ, 2 outside showers, large square of 200 square meters with stone fountain, all comfort, nice furnishings, large terrace of 25 m2, living room with balcony overlooking the sea, with two rooms with double bed (sleeps 4) and a bedroom with two single beds (sleeps 2).

Siamo stati 2 settimane ca. in questo luogo favoloso, appartamento molto bello e pulito ,stanze spaziose e molte chiare, i padroni della casa sono di una gentilezza indiscrevibile, disponibili calorosi sempre pronti in caso di bisogno, ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra, con Giuseppe e Maria i padroni come se ci avessimo conoscuti da sempre. Grazie della vostra opitalitá, saluti da Antonio Giuseppina e Famiglia, alla prossima. Ciao!!!

Jolie villa bien entretenue, pas loin de la mer, plage accessible à pied.
Famille de propriétaire- sur place- trés gentille, accueillante et hospitalière. Délicieuses petites préparations culinaires à l'attention de ses locataires. Location confome au descriptif et agréable à vivre au quotidien. Nous recommandons.

"Maria et Giuseppe sont des hôtes charmants et très accueillants. Leur jolie maison est très bien située à 2 pas de la mer. Maria nous a régalés de ses petites préparations culinaires. La situation de la villa permet d''aller visiter Agrigente ou Piazza Armerina très facilement. Nous recommandons cette location."
