Four bedroom lakehouse available for rent right on Lake Winnipesaukee in Meredith, NH!
House is conveniently located 10 minutes from beautiful downtown Meredith, a quintessential New England town with lots of shops and restaurants, as well as a full sized grocery store. House is just 18' from the water with multiple docks, decks and patios with tables and chairs all either right on the water or just above with beautiful lake views. A patio and two of the decks have umbrellas, tables and seating for 4-6 people each and the two separate docks both provide water access through stairs down into the lake. One can swimm right off the docks to our private raft approximately 30' away. The main dock is huge, includes a pier and can accomodate a good sized boat up to 24' in length (whips provided).
The recently entirely renovated home has four bedrooms- 3 with comfortable queen sized beds- and can sleep up to 11 people. There are three full updated bathrooms (2 with new tiled showers and one with a new tub and shower) and one half bathroom and a spacious, fully equipped modern kitchen with extensive counter space (including a large island with stools) and lots of cabinets. There are two newly renovated upstairs master suites with their own master bathrooms attached. Each has sliding glass doors and an outdoor balcony with gorgeous views lookng out over the lake below. The second floor spare room sleeps up to 5-6 people and is a kid’s vacation dream with bunk beds, books, and games fully stocked. 2 sets of glass doors on the main floor lead out to a large private deck overlooking the lake and includes a picnic table and large Weber gas grill. The house boasts an abundance of natural light and many windows providing great views of the lake. It is also quiet and surrounded by expensive homes. The property also comes with a brand new 2 car garage with a game room including foosball and ping pong tables in the unfinished room over for additional fun, particularly on rainy days.
There is ample dock space to sit under the umbrella with a cold drink and enjoy the views to the Stonedam Island conservation area right across and to more distant Governor's Island. Dining on the dock under the lit umbrella looking out over the water at the beautiful sunsets is a favoriate activity of our family and guests. Loons are frequent visitors to this area of the lake and fishing is popular, particularly in the morning. Amenities include close private lake access along with a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, linens, gas grill, tv, blue ray player, and robust wifi . We also provide an Old Town canoe and 3 kayaks and paddles for exploring this lovely corner of NH’s premier lake. Hiking in the beautiful White Mountains or local hills (some with stunning views) is just 20-60 minutes away and can accomodate all ages and levels of effort and fitness.
If you like outdoor and lake living, it doesn't get much better than this! Bring your boat and come swimm, play, hike, relax, dine outside, fish, boat, water ski and tube and create your own unforgettable family experience!

We enjoyed our two-week getaway on Lake Winnipesaukee, swimming, fishing, and boating. Local services were close at hand with this multi-bedroom home. Great views of Lake and passing boats and personal watercraft. A great time was had by all.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this waterfront property on Lake Winnipesaukee! The home was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing getaway. There was plenty of sleeping space — we didn’t even end up using one of the bedrooms!One of the standout features was the incredible dock setup. The main dock was perfect for lounging or docking a boat, and the floating dock was a huge hit for swimming and sunbathing. The lake access and views were unbeatable — truly the perfect spot for enjoying summer on the water.Inside, having three full bathrooms and an additional half bath made all the difference. Everyone was able to get cleaned up at the same time without any stress or waiting around. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and well-stocked.This property truly checked all the boxes for comfort, fun, and relaxation!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this house! Beautiful lake view, large dock for our pontoon boat and jet ski rental, and plenty of room for our 2 families. Thanks for hosting us Clay!

My family and I had a fabulous stay at Clay's house!! Clay is very friendly and approachable and we felt quite welcomed by him. The pictures of this house do not do it justice! The house has a spectacular view of the lake and the boat dock and swim dock are both wonderful! We spent most of our time on the docks when we weren't boating. There is a canopy on the dock along with two tables. We were able to eat dinner and play games right there on the dock! After full days on the water it was so nice to come back to use the showers since all of the bathrooms are modern and spacious. The house is clean, the bedrooms are comfortable (as well as beautiful) and the kitchen is well appointed. This is the perfect spot for a family vacation. We had a wonderful time! Clay, thanks for sharing your home with us!!
