About this house rental
It is a recent modern 140 m2 HOUSE with a heated and secure swimming pool ranging from 0.9m to 1.65m deep, ideally located at pornic, 800m from the beach and the center of town. The shops are 800 m away too you can do everything on foot, no need for a car
If you are a golfer, the golf course is 500m away.
The house has 4 bedrooms 1 bathroom and a shower room 2 separate WCs 1 games room where there is a table football an American kitchen and dining room and living room with hifi tv
the supervised beach is 800 m away you will also find the 14 km customs path lined with small coves) bike rides, 7 bikes are available, (many ocean bike routes) and fishing on foot.
Its main asset is its large terrace of 50m2 and its private heated and secure swimming pool (rolling shutter) well furnished (deckchairs, giant beanbags, garden furniture, weber barbecue parasols).
On a fenced landscaped garden we also provide you with a ping pong table. 7 bikes available
The tranquility, the design decoration, the comfort of modernity, the games room, the geographical location will allow you to spend pleasant summer and winter holidays. Sun from morning to evening in the southern exposure lounge.

A wonderful modern property in a great location that enables you to walk everywhere - Pornic centre is just 10 minutes walk, the beach is 700m away and you can walk to the supermarket in 10 minutes. We really enjoyed the twice weekly market. The pool is fantastic and the table tennis and table football were a great hit with the kids. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain. There are also many fantastic restaurants you can walk to in Pornic too. A great holiday home from home!

Our family have just enjoyed a relaxing week at Veronique and Jean-Paul’s lovely villa. The house is located in a quiet suburban area within walking distance of town and beaches - and several supermarkets nearby. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed to make the most of our stay. The pool was particularly welcome in the summer heat. And bikes for exploring local towns. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Our family have enjoyed a most relaxing week in this beautiful villa. The hosts Jean-Paul & Veronique are excellent and the property was immaculate inside and out. It had everything we needed and more and very much suited our needs. One of our children is disabled and the property worked very well for her as it is so accessible.
Pornic is beautiful and we did not need a car to enjoy this coastal town. We enjoyed many walks along the coast paths and in the beautiful town.
The supermarket is a 10 minute walk away, and had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed visiting the Pottery centre which was a short walk away.
The pool at the villa was much enjoyed, especially as it was partially covered so even on cooler days we were able to enjoy a swim.
We highly recommend this lovely property and would happily stay here again.

Apres un accueil tres chaleureux des proprietaires qui n'ont pas omis de nous donner tous les conseils necessaires pour un bon sejour, nous avons decouvert une maison moderne et confortable amenagee avec gout. Que ce soit la piscine a 26°, la table de ping pong, les velos et surtout la salle de jeux avec flipper et baby
foot, qui nous ont rappeles notre jeunesse, nous avons passe un sejour sportif agremente de longues ballades a pied tres agreable compte tenu de la situation de la maison. Possibilite de pecheen mer a proximite. A retenir.
