In Calasetta, in the south of Sardinia, on the Island of Sant'Antioco, a splendid super-panoramic apartment on two floors just a few steps away (real!) from the wonderful Sardinian Sea. The ideal solution for family summer holidays.
The apartment with independent entrance, located in a private residence, occupies the second and third floors of a building facing the splendid Sulcis Sea in the south-west of Sardinia.
The house, of about 85sqm, is composed on the first level of: entrance, comfortable kitchen and large living room with fireplace and access to the habitable and panoramic balcony with sea view and profile of the village of Calasetta.
A staircase leads to the attic level where there are two double bedrooms (with the possibility of dividing into two single beds) with super panoramic velux windows and a large bathroom with window and shower.
The whole apartment is tastefully furnished and finished in every detail.
The accommodation is completed by a TV with LCD screen with SATELLITE SYSTEM (tivùsat), DVD, stereo system, washing machine and DISHWASHER with 9 covers, a PARKING SPACE protected by an automatic barrier and the possibility of using the two communal barbecues.

Everything was great, we enjoyed our stay in Calasetta so much - the town is nice and lively in the evenings and it was also nice to explore more of St. Antioco island. The apartment is right next to the beach, which is awesome. It's on the top floor with a beautiful view of the sea and town from the balcony. Everything was clean a well-prepared for our stay. Emiliano is a splendid host, he texted us multiple times and made sure we were satisfied with our stay and we could text him anytime we needed something. Would definitely recommend staying here!

A quasi un anno dalla ns vacanza a Calasetta non possiamo fare altro che dire che abbiamo ancora nel ns cuore questo magnifico posto e la generosa ospitalità di Emiliano e Lucia! Abbiamo soggiornato nella loro dimora per due settimane, a luglio 2017, godendo di tutti i comfort offerti da questo grazioso appartamento su due piani e della cortesia dei proprietari: la vista e la brezza del mare, la vicinanza alla spiaggia e al centro raggiungibili a pochi passi, la posizione centrale per visitare con l'auto le altre meravigliose parti dell'isola, la pulizia, gli spazi delle stanze, la quantità di biancheria per la casa, le attrezzature per la spiaggia a ns disposizione, e non ultime la gentilezza, la disponibilità e la voglia di far stare al meglio i propri guests sono le qualità che ci invitano a consigliare vivamente sia a famiglie con bambini, come noi, che a coppie amanti del mare e dei luoghi non troppo turistici questa proprietà.
