Our family of 3 loved our stay in this beautiful beachfront townhouse. It was super clean and comfortable with an amazing kitchen. The views from the two balconies are breathtaking and it would be hard to find a better location in Hout Bay. Close to heaps of great restaurants and shops and not too far from some great wineries and hikes. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable stay. Highly recommend this townhouse!

I stayed in this property with my wife and our six year old son for four nights. The location is excellent being right on the beach with various beach bars and restaurants within walking distance. Super easy to follow instructions and a very nice welcoming upon arrival. Iona was great to deal with. The property was spacious, clean, modern with everything you could want from a self catering apartment, even washing machine/dryer, and a boogie board for the beach! I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again. Most definitely 10/10 !! Thank you Iona.

Iona greeted us warmly and gave us a quick introduction and tour of the unit. The beach condo is a great location for access of sites and activities in the Cape region. As a bonus, Chapman's Peak drive started just beyond the parking lot. The unit was clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We appreciated the quick responses to questions and the secure parking. The hop on hop off bus stop was at the far end of the beach.There are lots of great restaurant options available within walking distance. All the restaurants we went to had gluten free options. We loved waking up in the morning to sound of the surf, enjoying our coffee on the balcony ! (we wondered how people could be swimming in that cold of water at that time of day)

This is our 2nd 10-day stay here. The house is 1 minute's walk from Hout Bay Beach, has views across the bay, is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Communication throughout has been perfect. The host is very friendly and helpful. Secure parking in front of the property and two supermarkets a few minutes' walk away, several good quality local dining options and Chapman's Peak Drive is on the doorstep. Hout Bay Beach itself is long, sandy and surprisingly quiet. It feels like a locals beach, not touristy, maybe 50% dog-walkers. Daily morning and sunset beach walks are a must-do treat. Great breakfasts in the café downstairs and sunset suppers at Dunes just along the beach. The bright lights of Camps Bay and Cape Town 30 mins spectacular drive along the coast, while the Constantia wineries are even closer. For us, the perfect location to relax. We'll be back again for sure.

We rented this appartement with a beautiful sea view in a very safe complex with a great bar and restaurant just down below. Everything that you need (restaurant, supermarket, massage…and of course the beach) in a walking distance. Hout Bay is very central to all the best places in Cape Town. Our host Iona was very nice and helpful; we highly recommend !!!

A Great Choice for all types of holiday

The property is exactly as shown on the website - no disappointments or artful exaggerations. The views to the Bay and Chapman's Peak are wonderful and will lift your spirits no matter how you're feeling. The location could not be bettered. There are several good restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk; two wine and spirits shops and food outlets including the amazing Woolworths food hall. For those who like to cook the quality of meat,fish, vegetables and fruit is outstanding. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances, utensils, cutlery and crockery. With, or even without a car, Cape Town is very reachable. Having a car is best and all of the Cape Peninsula is easily explored including Simonstown. Also close by are the Kirstenbosch Gardens and alternative beaches at Camps Bay. Iona was both charming and efficient. There was a small glitch with the hot water which was dealt with immediately and personally. All in all highly recommended!

Tolle Betten, kleiner Pool im Komplex, zu unseren Lieblingsrestaurants nur ein Katzensprung. Woolworth und Pick and Pay um die Ecke. Kurz: perfekte Wohnung, um Hout Bay, Noordhoek und CapeTown zu erkunden. wir waren sehr zufrieden.

'Spectacular' is not an overstatement for this place! We spent a great time there to explore the cape region for the very first time. Great seaviews, very good infrastructure within and around. Nothing to add. Hence, 5 stars!
