Charming apartment house on four sides with access from the staircase of the two-story building. The apartment occupies the entire second floor and above the exclusive terrace.
Large terrace facing the sea west, the other east terrace overlooking hill (both with tents) and terraced roof of 100 square meters accessible from the east terrace with spiral staircase. All terraces are the exclusive domain of the apartment.
Tastefully furnished, air conditioning in bedrooms and living room, a perfect home for a holiday and also for living. Working fireplace in the living room. Dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi. Prices all inclusive.
There are two double bedrooms, each with its own terrace, another bed in the study. In every room there is air conditioning, curtains and each room is tastefully decorated. Two bathrooms. A large one, with two sinks, shower, and tub, in the sleeping area. The other, in the living area, with a shower. There are also a dishwasher, washing machine, iron, independent water heaters, flat screen TV, CD player, all crockery, linen and towels, Nespresso. WiFi Hi Speed Unlimited, Netflix, Apple TV

The pictures off balconies sold us and did not disappoint. Such closeness to groceries and beach bar and such a sense of safety of the village shopping all amazing.

The best things about this place are the front and rear terraces. Sit in sun for breakfast. Sit in sun for dinner! or reverse! Nice and quiet in early May. (not many neighboring places inhabited.) Some construction going on but not bothersome. The worst thing is the multitude of staircases to access the apartment. Not only within the building, but from the street...down, up, down, up, up. The second worst thing is taking a particular recycling bag out every night. Waste a lot of plastic for one orange peel.Expect to bring your own cooking, laundry and bathing supplies. If not, Conad City is an easy 10 minute walk away. The unit has a shopping tote cart. (but remember the steps...) Old town is a 30 minute walk along the waterfront. Directly below unit on waterfront is a bar/restaurant on the shore. Another is closer, next to Hotel and being constructed on the rocks.

We have been at Sardinien for the first time. It was a wonderful time. The weather, the views, the beaches, the town Alghero…the mood- everything

A great, high-quality, clean, spacious apartment with air-conditioning in peaceful area with parking on the road outside. Large balcony was wonderful for alfresco dining with stunning views - especially liked sunsets and the lighthouse flashing at night. Local restaurant on beach directly below apartment served fabulous seafood. We really enjoyed the 25 min walk along the sea front to the really lovely old town. Lots to see and great cafes (and beaches) along the way. We loved the stretch of beach the other side of Alghero (white sand, family friendly) so would drive there (15 mins). Were a family of five with boys aged 6, 8 and 11 and we all loved this apartment.
