Apartamento muy nuevo y que se corresponde con las fotos. Muy limpio y un plus que tiene plaza de garage propia con ascensor para subir las maletas. La terraza con vistas al mar esta muy bien. La urbanizacion es tranquila y silenciosa tiene piscina y parque infantil.
Esta bien para una pareja. Para una familia el sofa cama no es nada comodo y para mas de una noche mal. Con ola de calor es muy caluroso ya que solo tiene una lado con ventanas y no se puede hacer corriente y no hay ni un ventilador.

La proximité de nos lieux de visite, le calme, la disposition de l’appartement et son équipement. Le garage constituait l’un de nos critères de choix.
La baie vitrée qui donne accès au balcon est très difficilement manœuvrable, voire impossible. Le lit coffre doit être réparé et peut-être même remplacé, même si la literie est de bonne qualité. Nous avons été surpris à notre arrivée de découvrir deux serviettes tachées dans la salle de bain. C’est regrettable.
